Once a project application has been approved, an account will be created for the investigator.  With this account, booking requests can be made using an online scheduling system. The scheduling parameters are:

  • Imaging sessions should be scheduled at least four (4) weeks in advance
  • The minimum instrument booking time slot is one hour, with additional time thereafter in ½ hour increments
  • In vivo imaging receives scheduling priority during normal business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm weekdays)
  • Scheduling of ex vivo imaging or method development projects is prioritized for off-business hours, especially nights and weekends
  • Obtain prior permission from the MICS Core Manager for any studies extending beyond two consecutive days
